ASSOCIATESHIPS    

Two full-time associate opportunities are available in Oxford, AL: one for a pediatric dentist and one for a general dentist focused on treating teens. The expanded three-doctor practice features 9 operatory chairs, 11 hygiene chairs, and Denticon practice management software. The patient base is a mix of Medicaid, PPO and fee-for-service population. Daily patient volume is approximately 45–50 for the pediatric dentist and 35–40 for the general dentist. Preferred clinical skills include stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, space maintainers, extractions, and anterior or strip crowns, along with confidence managing patients with challenging behaviors. Providers interested in offering sedation are welcome. Both new graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes an initial daily guarantee followed by a percentage of collections, with a retention bonus after three years and a potential partnership opportunity.
